Hanford's Catering is family owned and operated by Patty Hanford. Patty, our executive chef, brings years of food service experience to her kitchen. She has owned and operated two restaurants. Her first being "Abigail's," named after her daughter and located in San Jose (1988 to 1993). The second being "Hanford's Sierra Restaurant" of Auburn (2003 to 2006). In the between years she worked for catering companies in the Bay Area. Catering is Patty's passion because of the diversity, creativity and demand for detail this form of hospitality brings to the plate.
Freshness and taste are the main ingredients on every plate served by Hanford's Catering.
