Wedding Catering Package Details
Enhance your wedding with great food and service provided by Hanford’s Catering.
From start to finish our experienced uniformed staff will create your special day. We arrive two hours before your guest’s arrival to set up the reception area to your liking with table settings and decorations. With or without an available kitchen, Hanford’s provides a wonderful menu. Hanford’s Catering is fully insured with liability and worker’s comp coverage.
Menu and Service:
Menus are customized with the dietary needs of your guests in mind. We offer complimentary Tasting Appointments, with our executive chef, to discuss options and establish your menu. Please review our Sample Menus below.
Hanford’s provides buffet, sit down or family style service. Sit down service is $5 more per guests with a staff ratio of 1 per 10 guests. Our staff for a buffet is 1 per 25 guests. Our staff orchestrates your celebration providing food and dining area guest’s services. Buffet serving equipment, buffet linens and fresh flowers are included in our Wedding Catering Package. Place settings include china, flatware, toasting flutes & water goblets, table clothes, linen napkins and salt and pepper. We do not charge for children 5 years and under, and can arrange for a kids buffet. Guest’s table clothes are extra.
Toast pouring and cake cutting (using disposables) are included.
We will be glad to box up leftovers (please provide containers and ice chest).
Beverage Service
Our beverage service is priced per person and includes: a licensed bar tender, portable bar, ice, tubs, openers, shakers etc.
Assorted soda, ice tea, lemonade and coffee.
Wine glasses, clear plastic cups for beer and non-alcohol beverages.
We do not charge a corkage fee.
You, our client, provide beer, wine, alcohol and mixes.
Securing our Services:
In order to secure our services a 20% deposit is required. A quote is established at a Tasting Appointment or online. The proposal quote is based on an estimated number of guests. Final head count is established one week before your celebration and the balance amount is determined. Deposits are fully refunded (as stated in our contract) when cancellation is more than 60 days prior to your booked date.
